RUTPOCS Auction Game Rules

Below are the rules for playing RUTPOCS Auction Game

1. Game Players must have fun!


2. RUTPOCS has a default TARGET NUMBER RANGE of $.00 to $150.00 across all games.

(RUTPOCS may modify the number range for special Event Games. If applicable the Number Range will be clearly displayed for that Game and will ALWAYS enable each Player an opportunity to select a UNIQUE NUMBER)


3. All Game Players will have access to know what the TARGET Number is before they begin playing.

(RUTPOCS will set the TARGET Number from the range of numbers for the game and the TARGET Number will remain static for the duration of the respective Auction Game)


4. All Game Players submit 3 TARGET PLAY Numbers per Game Fee.
* There is NO limit to how many Game Fee(s) a Player can buy.

Example: Buy 1 Game Fee - The Player has 3 Target Plays to submits or Buy 3 Game Fees - The Player has up to 9 Target Plays that can be submitted for that game ( Target Plays are submitted in groups of 3's)


5. All Game Players will see their respective Target Plays for any active Game on their Dashboard.

(RUTPOCS does NOT allow a Player to see the Target Plays of other players)


6. RUTPOCS will automatically close the Auction Game once Player participation has reached the desired capacity.

(The Auction Game capacity can vary from game to game)


7. Game Winner: Using proprietary software RUTPOCS will automatically IDENTIFY the Game Winner. The Winner is the Player that has submitted a Target Play that is the Closest Unique number to the TARGET NUMBER.

8. Game Winner Exception #1: In the event that there are NO Unique Target Plays, RUTPOCS will automatically select the Game Winner using a Time Stamp for IDENTIFYING the "First" Player that submitted the Closest "NEAR" Unique Number.

9. Game Winner Exception #2: In the event that there are Multiple Equally Closest Unique Target Plays, RUTPOCS will automatically IDENTIFY the Game Winner using a Time Stamp for the "First" Player that submitted the Closest Unique Number.

RUTPOCS utilizes proprietary algorithms to provide 99.99999% assurance that a Game Winner will be established once the Player participation reaches a predetermined capacity threshold.

RUTPOCS GLOSSARY



TARGET NUMBER is a number within the Target Number Range selected by RUTPOCS that is static during the respective Auction Game that Players submit target plays in a competitive manner to be the closest unique number to the TARGET NUMBER.
*Please note that the Target Number has NO influence regarding the cost to play a RUTPOCS game (Game Fee) or the cost to buy (Purchase Option) a product being sold on RUTPOCS, all products are sold for JUST $10.

TARGET NUMBER RANGE is a Range of Numbers established by RUTPOCS for respective Auction Game (by default RUTPOCS uses $0.00 to $300.00 as the Target Number Range).
*Please note that the Target Number Range has NO influence regarding the cost to play a RUTPOCS game (Game Fee) or the cost to buy (Purchase Option) a product being sold on RUTPOCS, all products are sold for JUST $10.

TARGET PLAY is a Number submitted by a Player during a respective RUTPOCS Auction Game.
*Please note that the Target Number Range has NO influence regarding the cost to play a RUTPOCS game (Game Fee) or the cost to buy (Purchase Option) a product being sold on RUTPOCS, all products are sold for JUST $10.

CLOSEST NUMBER is a Target Play Number submitted by a Player that is numerically "closest" to the Target Number of that respective game.

UNIQUE NUMBER is a Target Play Number submitted by a Player that is numerically "unique" (NO other Player has submitted that exact number) during the respective game.

CLOSEST UNIQUE NUMBER is a Target Play Number submitted by a Player that is both numerically "closest" to the Target Number and "unique" (NO other Player has submitted that exact number) during the respective game.

CLOSEST "NEAR" UNIQUE GAME NUMBER (is only relavent when a game has NO Unique Number) is a Target Play Number submitted by multiple Players that is numerically "closest" to the Target Number but NOT "unique" (meaning that 2 Players have submitted that exact Target Play Number) during the respective game.

MULTIPLE EQUALLY CLOSEST UNIQUE TARGET PLAY is when 2 Players both submit a Target Play Number that is equally close to the Target Number (one being higher than the Target Number and one being lower than the Target Number) during the respective game.

GAME FEE is the purchase price to participate in a RUTPOCS Game. The Fee varies depending which RUTPOCS Game (currently the Game Fees are $10 for both the Vacations by RUTPOCS & Cars by RUTPOCS games and $100 for the Houses by RUTPOCS Game). We also offer the RUTPOCS Games for Private Events and these games may have different Game Fee amounts.

VACATION BY RUTPOCS is the broad category name for the Vacations Package option sold to RUTPOCS Game Winners.

CARS BY RUTPOCS is the broad category name for the Cars (vehicles) option sold to RUTPOCS Game Winners.

HOUSES BY RUTPOCS is the broad category name for the Houses or Mortage Payment option sold to RUTPOCS Game Winners.

REWARDS BY RUTPOCS is the broad category name for the Pre-Funded Reward Cards option sold to RUTPOCS Game Winners.

CRYPTO'S BY RUTPOCS is the broad category name for the Pre-Funded Cryptocurrency Wallet option sold to RUTPOCS Game Winners.
